  The room was huge. Large kitchen and big master bedroom and bathroom.

  there wasn't a hairdryer in both bathrooms only the master bathroom. You have to pay for a tube rental for the lazy river and for the slides at the pool. The DVD player did not work.

  Very impressed with our villa. Very large 2 bedroom that was newly remodeled and very clean. Great amenties. Great over all value. Super close to Disney Parks, Super Target, and lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

  I have been to Orlando many many many times in the last 2-3 years because we have season passes to the parks and have stayed at many hotels some more than once. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at for the price I payed. My entire family wants to return again just to stay at the hotel and enjoy the ammenities. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my suite.

  No flat screen T.V.'s in my unit. Mildew stains in my shower.

  It is a really good place to be with your family, specially the kids. Lots of swim pools, sports, things to do. The apartment was very reasonable with 2 spacious bedrooms a good living room and a fair kitchen. It seems quite clean but out of 12 days in 2 we had some cockroach. However the room were in very good order.

  Besides the cockroach which were not so pleasent but understantable they were really annoying trying to sell some sort of vacancy program which took us a whole morning with the entire family (we were obliged to be all together) offering a not serious discount on the Disney Parks.

  Wonderful location with good inside offerings. Good location to visit the parks as well. Pool for small kids available.

  Aggressive selling behavior of some staff. It took a night to get a baby bed.

  East village 2 bedroom was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities and things to do on property and the clise distance to all attractions. All staff I encountered was nice and helpful.

  Timeshare presentation at minimum take 3 hours and not 90 minutes. Next time will decline the offer unless you don't care abiut time frame.

  The rooms were very clean. Kitchen was stocked well to allow us to cook. Plenty of room for us to relax.

  Sales were irritating. Check in was very long. They charge for use of the amenities. Restaurants need a better system for taking orders.

  My stay at this “Resort” was a total disaster. I’ve been to dozens of hotels and resorts around the world, but I’ve never seen something like this. There were so many cockroaches in my villa. In bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. I can’t imagine living in such a place like this. I will defiantly not go there for rest of my life. I don’t care if this “resort” has a golf course, lakes, spas or what so ever, my family’s safety and health is much more important to me! This “resort” should be a zero star Hotel! For your family health, please do not go there.
